1) Ander Architecture will be employed to produce Planning Permission, Lawful Development, Listed Building Consent, or Building Regulations Drawings only. All stated dimensions on your drawings must be verified on site, and Ander Architecture must be notified if any discrepancies are detected during building work.
2) All drawings must be fully checked and approved by a Building Control Officer as part of a Full Plans Building Regulations Application before any construction begins.
3) Ander Architecture agrees to accept the role of Building Regulations Principal Designer (as stipulated under the Building Safety Act) until building work commences on site. At that point, the client or contractor must assume this role.
4) Ander Architecture is not responsible for any building work carried out on site.
5) Ander Architecture will submit your Local Authority applications and act as your Agent, but we will not cover any application or site inspection fees.
6) Ander Architecture will perform up to three rounds of drawing amendments included in your original quoted price, with each round allowing for unlimited change requests. Any additional rounds will be charged at £150
7) Hard copies, PDFs, or AutoCAD (.dwg) files of your drawings will not be released until full payment has been received for the work completed.
8) Ander Architecture will not cover the costs of any additional reports or hiring of other professionals if requested or recommended by your Local Authority.
9) Your initial deposit payment and submission of your email address will be taken as acceptance of these terms. In the unlikely event that you’ve paid extra for an expedited project and the deadline is not met, Ander Architecture will refund the additional costs.
10) If you pay your initial deposit we will lock in your quoted price for 6 months, allowing you to proceed with full drawings at any time during that period.
